Session met & Constituted, Compeared Elspet Mitchell, unmarried, and confessed that she was with Child, and accused Chas. Milne a mason in the parish of Strichen as the Father thereof. She also informed the Session that Milne was gone South to work. Further procedure was differred till Milne should be heard of.
