On Saturday the 15th December curt. at 12 o'clock noon, there will be sold by public roup, within Barnett's Inn, Oldmeldrum,

THAT PROPERTY, lying on the east side of the Burgh of Oldmeldrum, consisting of TWO HOUSES and a Garden, which lately belonged to the deceased Miss Euphemia Turnbull.

For particulars, application may be made to ANDREW ROBERTSON, Advocate, Aberdeen, in whose hands the title deeds and articles of roup may be seen.

William McCook, Messenger in Oldmeldrum, will shew the property.
