The Creditors of WILLIAM CHEYNE, sometime Merchant in St. Fergus, who have not already done so, are required to lodge their claims, with affidavits on the verity thereof, with Roderick Gray, writer, Peterhead, one of the Trustees for his creditors, or George Yeats, advocate in Aberdeen ; within One Month from this date ; Certifying those who fail to comply with this intimation, that they will be entitled to no share of the bankrupt's subjects, which will be immediately thereafter divided.
