THE FARM of MAINS of DRUM - consisting of fifty Acres, or thereby; as at present possessed by James McGregor.

On this Farm a Public House has been long established, and from the situation, it might be continued by an active tenant, to considerable advantage.

THAT commodious DWELLING HOUSE & SMITHY at Woodside, presently possessed by Thomas Nicholds and others; with a Piece of GROUND adjoining.  The House was built within these two years; is two stories high, with Garrets above.  It is well divided, and calculated for a Public House.

There will be exposed to Sale, by public roup, within the Lemon Tree Tavern of Aberdeen, upon Friday, 27th May curt. at 6 o'clock P.M.

THAT commodious DWELLING-HOUSE and SMITHY, at Woodside, presently possessed by Thomas Nicholds, with a PIECE of GROUND adjoining.  The House was built within these ten years; is two stories high, with garrets above.  It is well divided, and calculated for a Public House, having an established trade in that line carried on in it at present.  From its being on the side of the turnpike road, and in the neighbourhood of the great public Manufactories of Gordon, Barron, & Co., and Leys, Masson, & Co., a person who would carry on the Blacksmith business, could not fail to have constant employment.
