FARMS TO BE LET IN THE PARISH OF FYVIE,

To be Let, and entered to at Whitsunday first,

for such number of years as may be agreed on,

THE following FARMS on the ESTATE of MUIRS of FYVIE, viz.:-

NETHER MUIRFUNDLAND, possessed by Robert Smith,

SOUTH BADIECHELL,                           by George Law,

MID BADIECHELL,                                 by - Gerard,

OVER HILL,                                             by W. Alexander.

The Two last Farms may be subdivided into commodious Crofts, to suit the conveniency of Candidates.

The Boundaries will be pointed out by James Gordon, in South Blachree, the Ground Officer on the Estate; and every other information will be given by John Brown at Netherdale, by whom offers in writing will be received.

In Portsoy and Banff, to be Sold or Let,

THAT large and commodious HOUSE and PREMISES, in the Square of Portsoy, belonging to the late James Gordon, Esq. and presently occupied by Alexander Gordon, with the Grain Lofts, Wine Cellars, Salt Cellars, Coopers' Shop, Meal Girnal, Writing Room, Stables, Cow-house, Hay Loft and Sheds.

Also, TWO RANGES of substantial and Roomy GRANARIES, and other HOUSES adjoining, with Stable and Meal Girnal, on the Shore of Banff.

These Premises will be Sold or Let together, or in separate Lots; and entry given immediately.

The House at Portsoy would afford excellent accommodation for a large and genteel family; and the other Premises, both at Portsoy and Banff, are particularly well calculated for Herring Curers.

There is also to be sold, the MALTBARN at Portsoy, presently occupied by the Brewery Company.

Colleonard, Banff

LANDS AT BANFF.

To bet Let, for 19 years, from Martinmas next.

PART of the MAINS and PARKS of COLLEONARD, as possessed by the late James Gordon, Esq. containing, 58A. 0R. 25F.  Offers will be received by John Fraser, at Cullen-house, or Alexander Rannie, Factor of Boyne, till Saturday the 21st of September, on which day the lands will be let at Cullen-house.

Mains of Milltown of Noth

TO BE LET

For 11 years from Whitsunday first, 1811,

THE MAINS of MILLTOWN of NOTH, in the Parish of Rhynie, as the same was occupied by the late Mr. ROBERT GORDON.

It consists of about one hundred and fifty acres of arable and pasture, exclusive of moor.  The soil is dry and good ; and from its southern exposure, the crops in general, are among the earliest in that part of the country.  Should an addition of land be considered an advantage to the tenant, it may be annexed afterwards, as those adjoining are not in lease.

Offers may be given in to James Gordon, Esq. at Cocklarachy, by Huntly, or to the Rev. John Anderson at Fochabers, up to the 20th day of April, when the candidate preferred will be settled with.
