The House at Portsoy would afford excellent accommodation for a large and genteel family; and the other Premises, both at Portsoy and Banff, are particularly well calculated for Herring Curers.

There is also to be sold, the MALTBARN at Portsoy, presently occupied by the Brewery Company.

Hallgreen Brewery

TO LET,

For Twelve Years from Whitsunday first,

THAT commodious BREWERY, at HALLGREEN, near BERVIE, as presently occupied by DAVID MILNE, together with TWO Acres of good Ground, lying contiguous thereto, with a substantial Dwelling House built thereon.

If any intending Tacksman were inclined, he might have access to the whole premises immediately.
