NOTICE

To the CREDITORS of JAMES ROSS, Saddler in Foggieloan.

THE Trustees for the Bankrupt's Creditors having now made up a state of the funds realized, and Scheme of Division of the free proceeds, the Creditors, who have lodged Claims, properly attested, will receive their Dividends from Alexander Webster, Advocate in Aberdeen, on granting the necessary receipt for the same.

Not to be repeated.

Bankruptcy of William Yeats, horse-hirer

NOTICE TO THE CREDITORS OF WILLIAM YEATS, HORSE-HIRER, ABERDEEN

THE Creditors of the said William Yeats who have not already lodged their Claims, must give in the same, with affidavits on the verity thereof, to Alexander Webster, Advocate in Aberdeen, against the first day of August next, when the free produce of the Bankrupt's subjects will be divided; and those who fail to comply with this intimation, can be entitled to no Dividend.

Gallowgate bakehouse

TO BE LET,

And entered to Immediately,

THAT HOUSE and BAKEHOUSE in the GALLOWGATE of Aberdeen, lately occupied by WALTER HENDRY, Baker.  The tenant will get immediate entry, and have right to the whole Baking Utensils and Articles in the Bakehouse, either upon inventory, or on purchase.
