William Gamack in Corskellie

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

THE CREDITORS of WILLIAM GAMACK, in Corskellie, are requested to meet in the Saltoun Inn, Fraserburgh, on Saturday the 23d current, at 12 o'clock noon - as business of importance will then be laid before them.  Those who have not already lodged their Claims and Affidavits, will be so good as to bring them along with them to the Meeting.

William Torry, Turriff

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

WILLIAM TORRY, MERCHANT in Turriff, having died upon the 27th ult. a Meeting of his Creditors will be held within his Dwelling House in Turriff, upon Monday the 18th curt. at Two o'clock afternoon; and as it is for the interest of his Creditors to attend said meeting, it is hoped that those who cannot do so personally, will authorise some friend to attend and act for them.

William Gamack, Corsekellie

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

WILLIAM GAMACK, in Corskellie, having executed a Trust Deed in favour of Trustees for behoof of his Creditors; a Meeting of his Creditors is requested in the Saltoun Inn, Fraserburgh, on Saturday the 17th curt. at 12 o'clock noon.

It is also requested that all those having Claims on the said William Gamack, will lodge the same, before the Meeting, with Lewis Chalmers, Writer in Fraserburgh, properly vouched; and that those due the said William Gamack, will pay the same to the said Lewis Chalmers, within ten days from this date.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

ALL those having CLAIMS against the late WILLIAM KELMAN, Farmer and Cattle Dealer, sometime in Auchnahandock, thereafter in Laggan of Auchindown, are desired to attend a Meeting of his Creditors, to be held within the House of PETER McCONACHIE, vintner at Hardhaugh, in the parish of Mortlach, on Tuesday the 29th day of December current; when the state of the deceased's affairs will be taken into consideration and measures adopted for the general behoof.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

THE Trustee for the Creditors of the late Mr JAMES REID, Corn Merchant in Portsoy, requests a Meeting of the said Creditors, within the Royal Oak tavern in Banff, on Saturday the 17th day of January current, at noon, when a state of the trust funds, and other matters of importance, will be submitted to the consideration of the Meeting, at which all concerned are particularly requested to attend.

William Fraser, New Pitsligo

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

THE Creditors of WILLIAM FRASER, late Merchant in New Pitsligo, are requested to lodge their Claims, properly vouched, with William Mitchel, manufacturer at Millfield, or Alexander Lillie, merchant in Banff, against the 17th current, on which day the Trustees request a Meeting of the Creditors, within the New Inn at New Pitsligo, at noon, when a state of their intromissions will be laid before the creditors; a scheme of division will be made up, and the funds divided accordingly: Certifying, that those who fail to lodge their claims, or attend the meeting, will be cut out from any share of the funds, which shall then appear in the hands of the trustees.
