Heirs of Margaret Longmoor and Robert Milne

NOTICE.

TO the HEIRS of the Marriage betwixt MARGARET LONGMOOR and ROBERT MILNE, sometime Farmer in Barlatch, in the parish of Rothiemay, and County of Banff, her husband; and also to the HEIRS of JOHN MILNE, Sailor on board His Majesty's Ship PITT, their Grandson.

In obedience to an Interlocutor of this date, pronounced by Lord Cringletie, in the process of multiple-poinding, depending, at the instance of John Russell, Tenant in Dalgrain, surviving Trustee of the deceased Andrew Longmoor, Factor at Kerse, against Margaret Milne and others: NOTICE is hereby given to the Children or Representatives of the said Margaret Longmoor and John Milne, and all others concerned to lodge their Claims and interests, in the hands of Mr Robt. Menzies, Depute Clerk of Session, betwixt and the 12th day of November next; with certification, that those who fail so to do, will be cut out of any share of the fund in medio.

NOTICE TO HEIRS

WHEREAS, JAMES McALLAN of Cromarty, in Scotland, who came to Miramichi in the Province of New Brunswick, some time in the year 1785; and afterwards removed to Halifax, in the Province of Nova Scotia, where he died in the year 1815, leaving a considerable real and personal Estate of Adam McAllan of Miramichi, merchant; and to Margaret Cassie, of Aberdeen, widow, and to their Issue; And whereas, the said Adam McAllan, and Margaret Cassie, have both died, as it is believed, without issue; Notice is hereby given, that upon the Legal Heirs of the said James McAllan, making application to James Fraser, Esq. of Halifax, in Nova Scotia; or to James Thom, Esq.of Union Place, Aberdeen, Scotland, Executors and Trustees of the last Will of the said James McAllan, and establishing their right to share in the said Estate; that they, the said Executors, will be prepared to sell and distribute the same agreeably to law.

Lease of Black Bull Tavern

BLACK BULL TAVERN, ABERDEEN,

TO BE LET.

NOTICE TO DEBTORS AND CREDITORS.

THAT well known and long established Tavern, called The Black Bull, as possessed for many years past by Deacon ALEXANDER MARR, and now belonging to his heirs, will be Let by Private Bargain, for the term of six years.  Entry immediately.  - For particulars, application may be made to James Hardie, Advocate in Aberdeen.

All persons Indebted to Mr Marr, are desired to pay the amount to Mr Hardie, within One Month from this date.  And those having Claims against him, will be pleased to lodge the same within that period.

Heirs of John Paul

LEGATEES AND HEIRS WANTED.

NOTICE to the  Legatees, and nearest-in-kin of JOHN PAUL, son of John Paul, some time at Mill of Fechill, in the parish of Udny, and county of Aberdeen.  - The said John Paul, junior, was servant to Dr DUNCAN, senior, and afterwards employed as a Letter Carrier in the General Post Office, Edinburgh, by his last Will and Testament, dated 14th November, 1794, named Dr DUNCAN his Executor, and bequeathed a variety of Legacies; and among others, to the following persons, viz:

To ANNE PAUL, his Sister, then residing at or near Oldmeldrum, in the county of Aberdeen.

JAMES CHALMERS, in Torrieley, in the parish of Udny, and county of Aberdeen, Cousin of the said John Paul.

JEAN CHALMERS, Sister of the said James Chalmers.

If the before named Legatees are still alive, payment of their legacies will be obtained, on applying to Mr John Mowbray, Writer to the Signet, Howe Street, Edinburgh, or to Alex. Webster, Advocate in Aberdeen.

If all or any of the Legatees are dead, the lapsed Legacies will be paid to the nearest-in-kin of the said John Paul, the Testator, on applying as above.
