Sequestration of Alexander Kelman

NOTICE
To the Debtors and Creditors on the sequestrated estate of ALEX. KELMAN, Brewer and Baker in Aberdeen,

THOSE Indebted to the said Alex. Kelman, are requested immediately to pay their accounts to James McHardy, Advocate in Aberdeen, with whom those having Claims against him, will please lodge them.

The Bake-house in North Street, lately occupied by Alex. Kelman, will be let until Whitsunday first. - Being in a central situation, and an established trade having been carried on in it, a more desirable situation for a person commencing business, is seldom to be met with.

Robert Matthew's bakery in Fraserburgh

VALUABLE PROPERTY IN FRASERBURGH, FOR SALE.

THAT PROPERTY belonging to, and occupied by Robt. Matthew, Baker, lying on the Shore Street of Fraserburgh - consisting of a DWELLING HOUSE, SHOP, and BAKE-HOUSE, several Cellars, and Shades, and Back-yard.  This property is well worth the attention of Fish-curers, or for a Cooperage; or for a Baker, who wishes to settle.  As R. Matthew intends soon giving up the Baking business, the whole Baking Utensils may be had on very moderate terms.

The Property will be sold by the 12th November, by private bargain; and entry may be had at Whitsunday first.
