Sow Croft, Aberdeen: land for sale

HOUSES FOR SALE

Upon Friday, the 6th December 1811, there will be exposed to sale by public roup, within the Lemon-tree Tavern in Aberdeen, between the hours of 6 and 7 o'clock in the evening,

THAT large TENEMENT of LAND, situated on the first Lot of the Croft called the Sow Croft, at Castlehill of Aberdeen, belonging to Alexander Fyfe, millwright, occupied by him and his tenants.

Sale of property in Huntly

SUBJECTS IN HUNTLY FOR SALE

Upon Tuesday the 11th day of June next, betwixt the hours of 3 and 4 o'clock afternoon, there will be exposed to sale, by public roup, upon the ground,

THE TENEMENT and HOUSES which belonged to HUGH DUNCAN, Merchant and Baker in Huntly, now to his Trustees.  The Houses are commodiously situated on the High-Street leading from the Square to the Cattle-Market, and well adapted for a merchant or tradesman - fronts to two streets, with an excellent Garden.

For further particulars, application may be made to Jas. Horn, in Newton of Curreney, or Alex. Stewart, writer in Huntly, who will show the premises and give every information to intending purchasers.

ABERDEEN HOUSE FOR SALE And SHOP to LET, with FURNITURE.

Upon Friday the 26th day of Octobert curt. betwixt the house of 6 and 7 afternoon, there will be exposed to sale by public roup, within the house of Geo. Ronald, vintner in Aberdeen,

THAT TENEMENT of INLAND, lying on the north side of the Castlegate of Aberdeen, in the Head of Peacock's Close, belonging to the sequestrated Estate of DAVID MIDDLETON, Merchant in Aberdeen.  Entry at Whitsunday.

There is also to be let, and entered into immediately, that SHOP in Union Street, lately occupied by the said David Middleton; and the tenant will get the whole SHOP FURNITURE, which is very complete, on moderate terms.

For Sale By Private Bargain

THAT TENEMENT of HOUSES in the New Town of Buckie, which belonged to the deceased David Geddes, and presently possessed by Mr Alexander Duncan, lying on the Braehead, near the Square, consisting of a neat Dwelling House of two stories, containing six rooms, and an excellent set of Office-houses at the back.
