Decr. 22nd.
Session being met and constituted by prayer: Compeared John Thain, who, being interrogated, protested solemnly, that he had never had any criminal intercourse with Helen Grant. Sessn. closed with Prayer.

Dec. 15th.
Session being met and constituted by prayer: Compeared Helen Grant and acknowledged herself with [child], and being interrogated who was the father of her child, she accused John Thain, a married man whom the officer was desired to cite to attend this Session on the 22nd. She was seriously exhorted to repentance and reformation of conduct.
