NOTICE to the CREDITORS of the Deceased

JAMES ROBERTSON, sometime Farmer

in Birkenbaud.

THE Creditors of the said Deceased JAMES ROBERTSON, who have not already lodged their Claims against him, with affidavits thereon, are requested to do so, with Alex. Robertson, farmer in Mains of Corsindae; Benjamin Lumsden in Hatton; or David Sievewright, farmer in Nether Park, his Trustees, within One Month from this date; and all concerned are hereby certified, that, at the expiry thereof, a division of the Trust funds will be immediately made amongst those only who may have by that time lodged their Claims, with the vouchers of debt and affidavits thereon; and that those who may neglect to do so, will not receive any share of said funds.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

A Meeting of the Creditors of JOHN DEUCHAR, Farmer in Whiteside of Alford, is to be held within the house of James Robertson, Vintner, Brechin, upon Tuesday the 9th day of July current.  Those having Claims on the said John Deuchar, who cannot attend the Meeting, are hereby required to lodge the same, properly vouched, with James Grant, Advocate in Aberdeen, betwixt and the day of the Meeting.

Knockando Farm Leases

FARMS TO LET,

In the Parish of KNOCKANDO, and County of ELGIN, 

Belonging to CHARLES GRANT, Esq. of ELCHIES, 

CORGYLE, as possessed by the Proprietor and James MacMillan, with the PASTURAGE of DELEGYLE.

COTTERTOWN, also possessed by the Proprietor, with the adjoining Pendicle, called HEATHFIELD, possed by Geo. Findlay.

The Farms of Corgyle and Cottertown are substantially enclosed with stone dykes, and well watered.  The arable land has been limed freely by the Proprietor, and let annually for several years, under Grass, for Pasturage.  Liberal allowance will be given to good tenants for Building Houses on Corgyle and Cotertown; with entry imemdiately or at Martinmas to the lands occupied by the Proprietor, and to the other Farms at Whitsunday 1814.

Offers will be received by Peter Cameron, Writer in Banff, or John Grant, at Carron,; either of whom will give any further information that may be required, till Monday the 11th of April, when the offers will be examined at the House of Elchies; and Alexander Grant, Ground-officer at Strondow, will shew the premises.

Balmakessie, Ellon

FARM TO LET.

Upon the Estate of WATERTOWN, belonging to the Hon. W. Gordon of Ellon,

THE Farm of BALMAKESSIE, presently possessed by James Robertson, will be let, within the house of James Murray, vintner in Ellon, on Thursday the 8th of April next, at 12 noon, for Nineteen years from Whitsunday next, either for a Grassum, or an additional yearly rent, as may be agreed on.  The above farm consists of from 50 to 60 acres, all of very superior, rich and early soil.  The turnpike road from Aberdeen to Peterhead goes close by the farm.  It is only three miles from the port of Newburgh, where there is a ready market for all sorts of Grain.

In the mean time, offers may be given in to Mr Cumming, at Ellon Castle; and John Sangster, in Ellon, will shew the boundaries of the land.

Feu and houses in Peterhead

SALE OF A LARGE FEU TENEMENT

in the LONG-GATE of PETERHEAD.

Upon Friday the 12th day of March 1813, there will be sold, by public roup, within the house of John Newbond, vintner in Peterhead, at six o'clock in the evening, if not previously disposed of by private bargain,

THAT extensive FEU and HOUSES built thereon, belonging to James Robertson, Cooper in Peterhead.  The House fronting the street, presently possessed by Mr Clark, Bookseller, contains a very large and elegant Shop, with a small Shop adjoining, three Rooms, a Closet, and a Kitchen.  There are two Dwelling Houses in the closs adjoining to the front House, and containing eight Rooms, and there are a Garden and Pump-Well belonging to the property.

The Houses are all built of the very best materials, and such an extensive and valuable property is seldom to be met with.

Part of the price may remain in the purchaser's hands.

Application may be made to Messrs. Robertson and Gray, Writers; to the Proprietor, or in his absence, to Mr James Mackie, Merchant.

Mains of Linten, Cluny

FARM IN THE PARISH OF CLUNY TO LET.

TO be entered to at Whitsunday first, the Farm of MAINS of LINTEN, presently possessed by WILLIAM CLARK, consisting of about Thirty Acres of good dry Land, the third infield, with a good Steading of Houses.  The land is in the best order.

Any person who inclines to bargain, may apply to JAMES ROBERTSON, at Place of Shiels, who will bargain on reasonable terms.
