SALE OF FARM STOCKING AND UTENSILS,

HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, &c.

On Tuesday the 10th day of November next, there will be sold by public roup, at BALCAIRN, near Oldmeldrum,

THE whole FARM STOCKING, UTENSILS, and FURNITURE which belonged to the late Mr GEORGE SHEPHERD.

The Farm Stocking consists of about 70 head of Cattle, from one to four years old; 8 Milch Cows, and a fine Bull, the whole in excellent condition, and of a superior breed.  Seven Work Horses, and a capital riding Poney.  The Farming Utensils are numerous, and of the best kinds, and some of them little the worse of the wear.  The Household Furniture consists of mahogany, dining, and tea tables, and chairs, a mahogany desk, and eight day clock; a tent bed and curtains, feather beds and blankets; bed and table linen; silver, table, tea, and punch spoons; carpets, grates, fenders, and fire-irons - with a great variety of other articles.

The roup to begin at 10 o'clock forenoon, precisely.

NOTICE

THOSE having any claims upon the late Mr GEORGE SHEPHERD, BALCAIRN, are requested to call upon James Grant, Advocate, Aberdeen, Agent for his Trustees, who will immediately pay the same, if perfectly instructed.

It is expected that any person indebted to Mr Shepherd will call on Mr Grant, and settle their debts as soon as convenient.
