James Burr, merchant

NOTICE
To the CREDITORS of JAMES BURR, late Merchant in
LAVEROCKSLAIRS, now in WHINNY BRAE.

SUCH of the Creditors of the said James Burrr, as have not yet lodged their Claims on him, will do so, with Charles Auld, Merchant in Old Meldrum, or John Raitt in Tillycairn, on or before the 11th day of July curt. otherwise they can receive no share of the dividend of the said James Burr's Effects, which will be paid on the 31st day of the said month, at the shop of the said Charles Auld.

SALE OF STOCKING.
For behoof of the Creditors of the said James Burr,

The REMAINDER of the CATTLE, HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, and CROP, belonging to him, will be sold by public roup, on Friday the 25th of July.

The roup to begin at 12 o'clock forenoon.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

JAMES BURR, late Merchant in Liverocklairs, having granted a disposition to his subjects in favour of Charles Auld, Merchant in Oldmeldrum, and John Raitt, farmer in Tillycarn, for behoof of his Creditors; all those having Claims due by him, are requested to lodge the same with legal vouchers, with said Charles Auld, or John Raitt, on or before the 22d of March first, as a division of the subjects obtained by his trustees will be made as soon as possible, if with the approbation of his creditors.

ROUP AT OLDMELDRUM

For Behoof of the Creditors of James Stephen, Wright in Oldmeldrum.

On Tuesday the 24th curt. there will be exposed for sale by public roup, at the House and Shop of the said James Stephen,

THE whole EFFECTS belonging to him - consisting of a large quantity of Furniture, finished and unfinished; Mahogany and other kinds of Hard Wood.  As also a large Parcel of Fir Deals, together with his whole Tools, Household Furniture, Bedding, &c.

The roup to begin rpecisely at 10 o'clock forenoon.

Those indebted to the said James Stephen are requested to make payment of what they owe, on or before the 20th June next to Mr Charles Auld, Merchant, Oldmeldrum.
