Sale of Property in Arduthie

There will be exposed to sale by Auction, in the Mill Inn, Stonehaven, on Thursday the 24th inst. at 7 o'clock afternoon,

THAT FEU TENEMENT in ARDUTHIE, consisting of a Dwelling House, of Two Floors, and Attic, witha  Garden, which belonged to the late Mr Charles Malcolm, in Baulk, now possessed by Mr Thomas Robertson, pleasantly situated on the side of the Carron water, and within a few minutes walk of the sea beach.

Enquire at P. Christian, Writer, Stonehaven, who will treat for sale by private bargain.

FARM TO LET.

To be Let, for such number of years as can be agreed on; entry at Whitsunday first, or Martinmas next,

THE FARM of QUOCHIES, in the parish of Fetteresso, as presently possessed by Alexander Knowles, consisting of about 50 acres Arable, nearly half of it good Infield land, and about 20 Acres of good Pasture.  The present tenant will shew the ground.

Sale of Looms & Manufacturing Utensils, Stonehaven

SALE AT STONEHAVEN,
OF LOOMS & MANUFACTURING UTENSILS
Belonging to the sequestrated estate of Mr. Gilbert Shepherd,
Manufacturer in Aberdeen.

On Tuesday the 20th of August curt. there will be sold by public roup, within the Manufacturing House in Links of Arduthie, lately occupied by Mr SHEPHERD,

TWENTY-FIVE WEAVING LOOMS, and a variety of REEDS, CAMS, LAYS, &c. in whole or in Lots, as purchasers incline.

The roup will begin at 11 o'clock; and credit will be given on security.
