This Farm is of an excellent soil, and highly adapted for Wheat and Turnip Husbandry.  It possesses every advantage in point of situation, lying near the coast, and within a mile of the Harbour of Ward of Cruden, where Coals, Lime, &c. are easily delivered, and at a lower rate than at any other place along the east coast.  It is also within 7 miles of the Sea Port of Peterhead, the turnpike road to which passes in a direction highly favourable and convenient for the Farm.

The Proprietor is disposed to give every encouragement to a substantial and improving tenant.

Offers will be received for the Farm, and every information afforded, by applying to Mr Burnett, Advocate, Aberdeen.

John Derry, at Slains Castle, will point out the Boundaries of the Farm.
