To
several of the above farms, access may be had at Whitsunday first, and to the
others at Whitsunday 1820. Many of the
farms are extensive, the soil good, and climate favourable; all of them
susceptible of great improvement, for which every reasonable encouragement will
be given to tenants of capital and enterprise. – The marches have all been made
regular and convenient, and two or more of the lots will be joined together,
according to the wishes of candidates at the time of setting.
The
ground-offers on the respective Estates will point out the marches, and for
further particulars, application may be made to the factor of the bounds, and
to whom offers may be given in, previous to the day of let.
