These Farms are situated within six miles of Aberdeen, to which they have access both by the Turnpike and the old Oldmeldrum road, and within one mile of the canal basin at bridge of Dyce; they are of an early, kindly soil, and very improveable.  Hillhead is mostly enclosed, and sub-divided, by remarkably strong stone fences, in thorough repair.  Every encouragement will be given to industrious tenants of capital.

Offers will be received at the House of Parkhill, on Monday the 4th of August first, at 12 o'clock noon.  Further particulars will be known on applying to James Forbes, Kirkhill, by Oldmeldrum, factor for General Gordon Cuming Skene, the proprietor.  James Gray, in Loch-End, will point out the marches.
