Kincardineshire farm leases

KINCARDINESHIRE.
FARMS
ON THE ESTATE OF ALLARDYCE.
To be let for nineteen years from Martinmas next,
THE FARMS of MILL-PLOUGH & CLOUSEBURN, in the parish of Arbuthnott, the former as presently occupied by James Stewart, and the latter by John Mitchell.  The farm of Mill-plough, consists of 110 acres arable, or thereby, besides pasture, and is in good condition, having been lately improved, limed, and partly sub-divided by open ditches.  The farm of Clouseburn consists of about 72 acres arable, besides pasture.  These Farms are situated within 3 miles of the post town of Bervie; 4 miles of the sea-port of Gourdon, where lime and coal are imported; 12 miles from Montrose; and 10 miles from Stonehaven, at both of which places there is a weekly grain market.

George Beattie, ground-officer at Allardyce, will shew the farms; and offers may be given in, and particulars learned, on application to the proprietor at Ury, or to David Ross, Writer in Stonehaven.
