Leases in Mortlach, Aberlour & Glass

NEW VILLAGE OF BALVENY,
IN MORTLACH;
AND FARMS TO LET.

THE PLAN of the Earl of FIFE's NEW VILLAGE in MORTLACH, as formerly advertised, being now completed, attendance on the ground will be given on Tuesday the 10th day of June curt. when FEUS or STANCES for HOUSES and YARDS will be given off; and Candidates are requested to attend at 10 o'clock forenoon.

The following FARMS in the parishes of Mortlach, Aberlour, and Glass, are to be Let for such periods as may be agreed on, viz:-

LETTACH, as occupied by Mrs McGregor, and subtenant.
CORRIES,                     by Lauchlan Stewart.
MAINS of BALVENIE, by Peter McDonald.
HILLSIDE of Do.           by Duff, Stewart and Mavor.
ALLAWICK and RYEHILLOCK, by James Mavor.
WESTER BRAEGACH, by John and James Gordon.
OLD MANSE of GLASS, HOWLANDS, and BALNACRAIG, by G. Wilson - AND
UPPER HILTON of Do. by James and John Shearer.

All these Farms are very improveable; many of them of considerable extent, and excellent soil; and to which entry can be given immediately or at Whitsunday next; and every reasonable encouragement will be given to good tenants.  An early day will afterwards be fixed and notified for Letting the Farms; meantime, any further information required will be given by Mr Watt at Nethercluny, the Factor on the estate; to whom, or to Mr Souter, at Duff-house, offers may be given in.
