Public roup at Stonehaven

SHOP, DWELLING HOUSE, AND 
MANUFACTURING HOUSES IN STONEHAVEN 
FOR SALE

There will be sold, by public roup, at the Mill Inn of Stonehaven, on Saturday the 3d of August next, at 6 o'clock afternoon, if not previously disposed of by private bargain,

THE DWELLING HOUSE, SHOP, and MANUFACTURING HOUSES, at the Market Place of Stonehaven, which belonged to John Strathdee, and were lately occupied by Mr Scott, Manufacturer.  The Dwelling House is commodious, and well finished; and the Shop, being central and close to the Market Place, is very eligibly situated for a Merchant.  The Manufacturing Houses consist of Weaving Shops, Starching Lofts, Boil House, &c.

The property will be sold either in one lot, or in different lots, as purchasers may wish.

The articles of roup are in the hands of James Tindal, Writer, Stonehaven, to whom application may be made.
