James Cumming, Tarves

SALE ON MONDAY THE 24th CURT.

To be sold by public roup, by virtue of a warrant from the Sheriff, under a Writ of Attachment from the Barons of Exchequer,

THE following EFFECTS belonging to JAMES CUMMING, on his possession at Tarves, viz. a Black CART HORSE, a COW in Milk, a large Carrier's CART and CART HARNESS, with some articles of HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE.  The Roup to begin at 12 o'clock.
