NOTICE to the CREDITORS of GILBERT BIDDIE, 

at LINTMILL of QUARTALEHOUSE.

THOSE to whom the said GILBERT BIDDIE was anywise indebted at the time of the Trust Deed executed by him on the 17th of April, 1810, and who have not yet given in their Claims, must lodge the same, properly attested, with Wm. Stephen, Farmer at Shannas, parish of Old Deer, or Alexander Webster, Advocate in Aberdeen, against the first day of January next, when the Trustees are to make a final division of the proceeds of Gilbert Biddie's subjects intromitted with by them; and those who fail to comply with this intimation, will be entitled to no dividend.
