THAT HOUSE on the north side of KITTYBROWSTER TOLL-BAR, belonging to, and presently occupied by ROBERT BARRON, Shoemaker, and his Tenants, with the Bleachgreen, Stable, and Byre at the back thereof.
The property is burdened with a trifling feu-duty; and if required, part of the price will be allowed to lie in the hands of the purchaser.
