Property at Sow Croft, Aberdeen

HOUSE AND STABLES FOR SALE

On Friday the 16th of August next, within the house of George Ronald, vintner in Aberdeen, at 6 o'clock in the evening, there will be exposed to sale by public roup, (if not previously sold by private bargain)

THAT PIECE of GROUND with the DWELLING HOUSE and STABLING built thereon, part of the Westmost or First Lot of the Piece of Land called the SOW CROFT, at the Bowl Road of Aberdeen, occupied by Alexander Collie, gardener.  The house consists of two stories and the garrets, with four rooms on each flat, and other accommodation, and is well tenanted.  The stables are also very commodious, and set well.

The title deeds lie in the hands of John Ewing, writer in Aberdeen, who will treat with purchasers in way of private bargain before the sale, and inform as to particulars.
