NOTICE TO DEBTORS AND CREDITORS
ALEXANDER SMITH, advocate in Aberdeen, Trustee for the Creditors of JOHN DUNCAN, late in Wester Whitehill of Invernettie, hereby intimates to the Creditors of the said John Duncan, to lodge their claims on the bankrupt, with affidavits on the verity thereof, with him, the said Alexander Smith, before the 1st day of July next, otherwise they can receive no share of the produce of the bankrupt's effects. And those indebted to the said John Duncan, will please pay what they owe to the said Alexander Smith, previous to said date, to prevent prosecution.
