SALE OF PROPERTY AT CLAYHILLS

Upset price reduced

There will be exposed to sale by public roup, on Friday the 22d of March next, at 6 o'clock afternoon, within the house of George Ronald, vintner, Aberdeen,

THE SUBJECTS at CLAYHILLS, belonging lately to ROBERT SHINIE, Soap Manufacturer, and now to the Trustees for his Creditors, and consisting of a DWELLING HOUSE, GARDEN, and SOAP-WORK.

The Dwelling House, which is substantial and well finished, contains ten rooms, kitchen, garrets, and cellars, and commands a fine view of the Dee, the Town, Harbour, and Bay.

The Soap-Work at the east extremity of the property next the tideway, may be immediately carried on ; as the utensils have been reserved, and will be sold on very reasonable terms to a purchaser of the premises; or it may be converted at a small expence, into Warehouses.

Property in this quarter is rising in value, and will be considerably enhanced by the Harbour Improvements now going on.  The above subjects therefore afford an eligible opportunity of profitably securing money.

The writs and articles of sale are in the hands of James Spalding, Advocate, Marischal-street.
