There will be exposed to sale by public roup, within the Lemon-tree Tavern in Aberdeen on Friday the 8th. day of March next, at Six o'clock in the evening, (if not previously disposed of by private bargain),
THAT HOUSE situated in the WOOLMANHILL, opposite the Infirmary gate, being the corner house next Ferguson's square, at present occupied by John Dunn, mealseller, and others. The House is substantial and complete, having lately undergone a thorough repair, and is a subject on which money may be laid out to advantage.
