Centrical and Convenient Tavern to Let

To be let, for such number of years as may be agreed on,
Entry at Whitsunday first,

THAT Centrical convenient House in Provost Jopp's Close, Broadstreet, at present occupied by Mr Andrew Bonner, and well known as the BRITANNIA TAVERN.

A better opportunity to any person capable of managing the Tavern Business, of establishing himself, seldom occurs ; and every encouragement will be given to a deserving tenant.
