To be sold by private bargain,
THAT Tenement called THE LODGING, conveniently situate for trade, being close to the Harbour, all occupied by tenants at a moderate well-paid rent.
Likewise the LIME KILN, and those HOUSES joining to it, at present used for holding Lime and Coals ; but might at a small expence be turned into smoking houses for Herrings, and otherwise during all kinds of Fish.
Intending purchasers may apply to James Gordon, in Banff ; Alexander Gordon, or John Taylor, merchants in Portsoy, who will show the premises, and conclude a bargain. The purchase price may remain with the purchaser, on security.
