SALE BY ADJOURNMENT

UPSET PRICE REDUCED.
There will be sold by public roup, within the House of George Ronald, Vintner in Aberdeen, on Saturday the first day of December next, at 6 o'clock in the evening, (if not previously disposed of by private bargain),
The following SUBJECTS belonging to the Trustees of the deceased JAMES TROUP:
All and whole LOT TENTH of the SIXTH LOT of the Town and Lands of PITMUCKSTON.  This piece of ground lies near the Outseats of Pitmuckston, along the South side of the Turnpike Road leading from Aberdeen to Bridge of Dee; and is within fifteen minutes walk of Aberdeen.  The situation is pleasant, and well adapted for building.  The ground measures somewhat more than an acre, and is subject to the payment of a feu-duty.
Also all and whole that Triangular Piece of GROUND, part of the Lands of BROADFORD, situated betwixt the new Turnpike Road, leading from the Gallowgatehead, towards Kittybrowster, and the Old Gallowgatehead road, with the substantially built DWELLING HOUSES and Byre thereon, all as presently possessed by William Mutch and Mrs Milne.  This property is well calculated for setting, and is free of all feu-duty.
The title deeds of the whole are clear, and may be seen in the hands of Alex. Smith, Advocate, Correction Wynd, Aberdeen, to whom intending purchasers will please apply.
