THAT Small HOUSE on south side of CHAPEL LANE, leading from Chapel-street to Summer-street.  The House contains five Loom Stances on the ground-floor; and two neat Rooms on the second.  Has an airy situation, and abundance of water within a feet of the front of the house.  The ground measures 29 feet along Chapel-lane, and 116 back.

Sale of Looms & Manufacturing Utensils, Stonehaven

SALE AT STONEHAVEN,
OF LOOMS & MANUFACTURING UTENSILS
Belonging to the sequestrated estate of Mr. Gilbert Shepherd,
Manufacturer in Aberdeen.

On Tuesday the 20th of August curt. there will be sold by public roup, within the Manufacturing House in Links of Arduthie, lately occupied by Mr SHEPHERD,

TWENTY-FIVE WEAVING LOOMS, and a variety of REEDS, CAMS, LAYS, &c. in whole or in Lots, as purchasers incline.

The roup will begin at 11 o'clock; and credit will be given on security.
