Farm leases

FARMS TO LET.

THE following FARMS belonging to JOHN MORRISON, Esq. of Auchintoul, are to be let, in the course of this Autumn, on a day to be afterwards advertised. - Entry at Whitsunday, 1817, viz.:-

BRAEFOOT in the parish of Turriff, presently possessed by James Brown, consisting of about 36 acres of Infield, 90 Acres of Outfield, and 197 acres of improvable Muir and Pasture.

MAINS OF GREENS, in the parish of Monquhitter, presently occupied by William Chalmers, consisting of about 23 acres of Infield, 46 acres of Outfield, and 183 acres of Pasture and Muir.

The Ground Officer at Laithers, or the present tenants, will point out the boundaries.

Shop in Huxter-Row, Aberdeen

SHOP TO LET, &c.

To be let, and entered to immediately.

THAT commodious and well frequented SHOP in Huxter-row, formerly occupied by John Findlay, Hatmaker, and lately by William Chalmers, Hatmaker, The tenant will get the Shop Furniture, and tools in the shop, on moderate terms, or upon appretiation of persons mutually appointed.

Alexander Kerr, Ellon (deceased)

NOTICE TO DEBTORS AND CREDITORS.

THOSE having claims upon the estate of the deceased ALEXANDER KERR, merchant in Ellon, are desired to lodge the same, properly vouched, with James Walker, Den End, Udny, or William Chalmers, jun., Ellon, before the 20th of December next; and those indebted to the said Alexander Kerr are requested to pay their accounts in one month from this date, to either of the above persons.

Ellon, 24th August, 1812.
