SALE OF AN INN, &c IN LAURENCEKIRK

Upon the 22d of May current, will be sold by public roup, on the ground,

THAT commodious and well-frequented INN belonging to and presently occupied by JAMES COBB, consisting of five rooms and a kitchen, besides closets and good cellars, all in excellent order, having been built only a few years ago.  Also, a barn, byre, stable, hen-houses, and slaughter-house and granary-loft, all adjoining, and very convenient; two large common stables and a brew-house, with about 21 falls of garden-ground.

The whole is on a perpetual lease, and pays a feu-duty of three pence per fall.  A considerable part of the price may remain with the purchaser.

The purchaser may also have about 9 acres of excellent land, in the highest order, at the rent paid by the exposer.  Entry immediately.

Mains of Drum

TO BE LET,

For 19 Years from Whitsunday 1813,

THAT well frequented INN at Mains of Drum, in the parish of Drumoak, presently possessed by James Cooper, 10 miles from Aberdeen; togeether with from 40 to 50 acres of land nearly all arable, and mostly enclosed.

FARM IN THE MEARNS

To be Let for 19 years, and entered to at Martinmas next,

THE LANDS of KIRKTOWN of FORDOUN, together with the INN, as presently occupied by William Taylour.  They consist of about 80 acres of arable land, well adapted both to the wheat and turnip husbandry, and 40 acres in pasture; and are well situated as to roads, market towns, &c.

Offers in writing for the above Farm will be received, till the first of September next, by the Proprietor at Arbuthnot House, near Bervie, and by Messrs. Dundas and Irving, W.S. Edinburgh.
