House in Virginia Street, Aberdeen

DWELLING HOUSE,

To be Sold or Let, in Whole or in Part, with Entry immediately, or at Whitsunday next,

THAT large and commodious HOUSE, in the east end of Virginia Street, as lately occupied by Mr John Davidson – consisting of Nine Rooms, of suitable sizes, neatly finished, besides Coomceiled Rooms, and an excellent Kitchen, in which there is always a plentiful supply of water, by means of a Pipe brought from the Castle Hill.

This House, from its contiguity to the harbour, would answer extremely well for a Tavern or Boarding House.

For particulars, enquire at Mr DUTHIE, Guestrow.
