James Bain, Cabrach

NOTICE.

JAMES BAIN, Merchant, Powneed, Cabrach, having granted a Disposition to Trustees, for behoof of his Creditors, it is requested that all those having CLAIMS against him, will lodge the same, with the vouchers thereof, and affidavits thereon, with John Smith, Advocate, Aberdeen, Agent for his Trustees; and that all those INDEBTED to the same James Bain, will pay what they owe, without delay, to the said John Smith, who is authorised to receive and discharge the same.

1st February, 1814.

Alexander Proctor, cattle dealer

NOTICE,

TO the CREDITORS of the deceased ALEXANDER PROCTOR, late Cattle Dealer in Shinwell of Cabrach.

A meeting of the Creditors of the said Alexander Proctor is to be held within the house of Mr Peter McConnachy, Vintner in Hardheugh, parish of Mortlach, on Monday the 10th day of August current, at noon; and it is requested all concerned will attend, as matters of much importance are to be submitted to the consideration of the Creditors.

Hugh Duncan, merchant in Ardonald

NOTICE
To the Creditors and DEBTORS of HUGH DUNCAN, sometime Merchant in Huntly, now in Ardonald.

The said Hugh Duncan having granted a disposition to Trustees for behoof of his Creditors; it is requested that those having claims on him, will immediately lodge the same, with oaths of verity thereon, in the hands of John Duncan, in Drywells, Cabrach, one of his Trustees, or Alexr. Stewart, writer in Huntly; and those indebted to the Bankrupt, will pay the same to the said Alexander Stewart, without delay, or they will be immediately prosecuted.

A meeting of his whole Creditors is to be held within the Post Office of Huntly, upon Friday the 20th day of September current, in order to give directions to the Trustees as to the after management of the estate; and it is requested that those concerned will attend, by themselves, or others properly authorised.  Not to be repeated.

Alexander Proctor, Cabrach

NOTICE

TO the Creditors of the deceased ALEXANDER PROCTOR, Cattle Dealer in Shenwall of Cabrach.
A meeting of the deceased's Creditors is to be held within the house of Mr McConachie, vintner in Hardhaugh, on Monday the 8th July next, at 12 noon, when it is requested all concerned will attend, in order to concert the necessary measures for liquidating his debts, and recovering those outstanding on his estate.
