Nether Overton Farm & Quarries

FARM TO LET, AND STONE QUARRIES,
For a Nineteen Years' Lease, entry at the present Martinmas,

THE Farm of NETHER OVERTON, parish of Dyce, as lately possessed by the deceased George Sharpe, - a small compact Farm, in the immediate vicinity of the Canal, and Oldmeldrum turnpike road - about 7 miles from Aberdeen.

There are also several excellent STONE QUARRIES on the Overtons, to be let, of a pecular good quality of Granite, and easily worked.

Robert Wood, in Sleepyhillock, will point out the marches; and for further particulars, apply to Mr C. Bannerman, Printfield.

Lease of Hilton quarry, Aberdeen

STONE QUARRY.

THE STONE QUARRY on HILLTON, as at present occupied by James Bruce, mason, is to be Let for such number of years as may be agreed upon.  The lease is to commence on  20th August next.

The quarry will be let by public roup, within the Lemon Tree Tavern, on Monday the 8th of August next at 2 o'clock P.M.

Enquiry may in the meantime be made at Mr Burnett, Belmont-street.
