HOUSE IN KEITH.

To be sold, by private bargain, on the 4th day of April next, at 12 o'clock noon, within the house of Robert Gordon, vintner,

THAT HOUSE and GARDEN, lately occupied by James Dempster, Thread Manufacturer, in the Moss-street of Keith, consisting of Four Rooms, two of which were lately finished, and in good order; well situated for an Inn, or any public business, as the turnpike road from Aberdeen to Inverness passes directly by it.

Entry to the whole may be had immediately.

Garmouth: lots of land

SUBJECTS AT GARMOUTH FOR SALE

To be sold, together or separately, as offerers incline, by public roup, within the house of John Anderson, vintner in Garmouth, on Wednesday the 9th December first,

THOSE Two LOTS of LAND, at the Seaport of GARMOUTH, with the large House, Kitchen, and Cellar, built thereon, which lately belonged to John Cumming, late Merchant in Garmouth, now to his creditors.

The Buildings are commodious, and the soil is of a good quality.  The subjects hold feu of the Duke of Gordon; but pay no feu-duty; it having been transferred by Mr Cumming, to another subject sold by him; and the other public burdens are very trifling.
