James Rae & Co. Umbrella-makers

PARTNERSHIP DISSOLVED.

JAMES RAE & Co. UMBRELLA-MAKERS, hereby acquaint their friends and others, that, by mutual agreement, James Rae resigns every concern with the business, which will now be carried on, as formerly, solely by James Burgess, who embraces this opportunity to express his grateful acknowledgements to his friends and others, for the very liberal encouragement he has experienced since his commencement in business; and hopes to merit a continuance of their wonted favours, by his unremitted perseverance to please.

Wishart, Esson & Co.

PARTNERSHP DISSOLVED,
AND
NOTICE TO DEBTORS AND CREDITORS.

THE Partnership of WISHART, ESSON, & Co. manufacturers at Keith, has been dissolved by mutual consent of the parties.

All those indebted to the Company are requested to make immediate payment of their accounts to Mr Wishart or Mr Esson; and those having claims against the Company will please lodge the same with them in order to their being settled.

The Dying and Manufacturing of Cloth are carried on by Mr Wishart at Keith, as formerly; and Mr Esson continues all the branches of business at Milltown of Keith, that were carried on by the Company.
