William Senter, New Pitsligo

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

WILLIAM SENTER, Square-wright in New Pitsligo, having executed a Trust Deed in favour of Trustees, for behoof of his Creditors, it is requested that those having Claims on the said William Senter, will lodge the same with John Philip, in New Pitsligo, before the 20th of June next.

Public roup of properties in Aberdeen

SHOPS IN UNION STREET,
AND
HOUSE AT FOOTDEE TO BE LET.

On Saturday the 13th day of February curt. at 12 o'clock noon, within the Laigh Tolbooth of Aberdeen, there will be let, by public roup, for Three Years from Whitsunday next,

THESE TWO centrical and commodious SHOPS in UNION-STREET - the one upon the north side, possest by Messrs. John and James Ferguson; and the other upon the south side occupied by Mr William Nicol.

ALSO, 

That convenient HOUSE at FOOTDEE, (well adapted for a Tavern or Lodging House) adjoining to Mr Gill's Ship Building Yard, and at present possest by Mr Hall, Carpenter.

For further particulars, application may be made to the Town Clerk.

George Walker, Fraserburgh

NOTICE TO CREDITORS

GEO. WALKER, Square Wright in FRASERBURGH, having executed a Trust Deed, of his whole heritable and moveable property, for behoof of his creditors, in favour of George Milne in Broadsea farm; Alex. Duncan, Merchant, Speymouth, and Alex. Davidson, farmer in Aquorthie, a Meeting of his said creditors is requested in the Saltoun Inn, Fraserbugh, on Saturday first, the 21st curt. at 12 o'clock noon, to give directions as to the management of the estate.
