James Blackhall, merchant in Aberdeen

SALE of GOODS, FURNITURE, AND EFFECTS,

AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND DEBTORS.

JAMES BLACKHALL, Merchant in Aberdeen, having granted a trust deed in favour of Messrs. Thomas McCombie and John Symon, Merchants in Aberdeen, as Trustees for his Creditors; all those having claims on the said James Blackhall, will please lodge the same with Mr Symon, or Alexander Smith, Advocate, Aberdeen, Agent for the Trustees; and all those anywise indebted to the said James Blackhall, will please [pay] what they owe, to Mr Symon without delay.

AND,

On Thursday the 7th day of April curt. (instead of 30th March as formerly advertised)

The whole GROCERY and other GOODS belonging to the bankrupt will be sold by public roup, at his House and Shop, in the Schoolhill of Aberdeen; with a quantity of GRASS SEEDS; also his whole HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE and Effects.  The roup to begin at 11 o'clock forenoon.

ABERDEEN HOUSES FOR SALE

On Friday the 16th day of November next, there will be exposed to sale by public roup, within the Lemon-Tree Tavern of Aberdeen, at 6 o'clock afternoon,
THOSE FIVE HOUSES, situated on the east side of the GALLOWGATE some time belonging to Mr David Shirrefs, Wright, and afterwards to Mr Robert Lamb, Merchant in Aberdeen.

As also, that HOUSE fronting the Gallowgate, on the east side, at present possessed by Mr Alexander Booty, Merchant, and others, with a small HOUSE at the back therof.

And also, that HOUSE in the BACK-WYND, possessed by Mrs Moir, being the second in the west side from the Schoolhill.
