THE Farm of NETHER OLDTOWN, in the parish of Boharm; and the Possession in the MUIR of AUCHANACIE, occupied by Jerome Craigen. Nether Oldtown is bounded by the turnpike road, and lies in the heart of a lime country. The Proprietor will give encouragement to enclose; and be ready to settle, on Wednesday the 22d of Dec., at the House of Auchlunkart, with a tenant of capital and skill, who makes an adequate offer.
