Farm in Newmachar

FARMS TO BE LET,
PARISH OF NEWMACHAR,
For 19 years; Entry at Whitsunday, 1819.

THE FARM of MAINS of ELRICK, as presently possessed by George Glation, containing from 40 to 50 Acres, all enclosed, excepting a few Acres of Meadow, or Haugh Ground.  Every encouragement will be afforded to an improving tenant.  Offers to be given in before the 1st of November next, to John Burnett, Esq. of Elrick, the Proprietor, at Aberdeen.  The grounds will be shown by James Pittendrich, ground officer, at Elrick.

Auchintoul Estate Farms

FARMS TO LET.

THE following FARMS, part of the Estate of AUCHINTOUL, situated in the parishes of Marnoch and Inverkeithny, are to be let for such a number of years as may be agreed upon, viz: -

MAINS of ARDMELLIE, with the Mansion-house, Offices, and Garden, also the North Mains of Ardmellie, occupied by George Taylor, either separately or together.

CROFT at Brae of Ardmellie, occupied by James Gregory.

KIRKTOWN of MARNOCH, occupied by William Fordyce.

Part of ELRICK, by John Mann.

BALNOON and DRAKEMIRE, lately occupied by William and George Cruickshanks, either together or separately.

NETHER FORTRIE, occupied by James Webster.

UPPER FORTRIE, by the heirs of Robert Fasken.

Entry may be had to the Mains of Ardmellie, Part of Elrick, and Part of Balnoon, lately occupied by William Cruickshank, at Martinmas first, and to the others at Whitsunday 1815, except Kirktown of Marnoch, the entry to which is at Whitsunday 1816.

Applications may be made, and offers given in, to the Proprietor at Auchintoul, betwixt and Tuesday the 6th day of September next, on which day they will be let at the House of Auchintoul.

Farms in Marnoch & Forgue

FARMS AND CROFTS TO LET.

To be Let, and entered to at Whitsunday first.

THE Farm of MYRESIDE, possessed by the late George Steele, and the CROFT at ELRICK, possessed by John Ritchie, part of the Estate of Auchintoul in the parish of Marnoch; also the CROFT at COBAIRDY, occupied by the deceased Alexander Horn, in the parish of Forgue.

Alexander Morison, Gardener at Auchintoul, will give directions for pointing out the Grounds; and offers, in writing, may be left with him, betwixt and the first day of April next.
