Slackadale Farm

FARM TO LET,
ENTRY AT WHITSUNDAY FIRST.

There will be let, at the Court House of Macduff, on Thursday the 29th January, 1813, for 19 years, from Whitsunday 1813,

THE Farm of SLACKADALE, as presently possessed by James Morrison, lying in the parish of Turriff and county of Aberdeen.  This farm consists of 121 acres, of which, above 100 acres are arable, and the remainder burn-side pasture.  The soil is of excellent quality, and very early, particularly well suited for Barley, Turnip, and Grass; situated near excellent turnpike roads, distant three miles from Turriff, and about seven miles from Macduff and Banff, where there are ready markets for the produce; and where lime and dung are to be had in great abundance.

John Pyper, at Bridgend of Gairnieston, will point out the marches; and for further particulars, application may be made to Mr. George Wilson, at Alva, or Maxwell Gordon, at Dempster's Hotel, Aberdeen.

Published in the Aberdeen Journal, Wednesday 30th December 1812.
