FARMS AND CROFTS, TO LET,
On Tuesday the 26th of October current, at 11 o'clock forenoon, there will be let, at Mains of Ardo, in the parish of Belhelvie, for 19 years, from Martinmas first,
THE FARM of MILL of RANNIESTON, in the parish of Logie Buchan; as formerly possessed by John Stirling, and presently in the natural possession of the Proprietor, by whom it has been Summer-fallowed, Limed, and laid down in Grass. - The situation is most favourable, being only three miles distant from the Sea Port of Newburgh, to which there is access by excellent Roads.
The CROFT of SPARCRAIGS, in the parish of Belhelvie, as possess by William Gill; and five CROFTS of different sizes, on the Farm of CANAHARS, in saud parish, all good land, and a considerable portion of it Old Infield. These Crofts have an abundant supply of Moss in the immediate vicinity.
If more agreeable to the tenants, the entry to the Crofts may be at Whitsunday next.
As also to be Let, at same time, entry at Martinmas first, for the endurance of two lives, the CROFT of GROVEBUTTS, in the parish of New Machar, as formerly possessed by Peter Rae.
George Will, Overseer at Ardo, will out out the boundaries of the different possessions.
