Farm lease at Protstown

COAST-SIDE FARM TO BE LET,
And entered to immediately.

There is to be Let, and entered to at Whitsunday next, for such term of years as can be agreed upon,

THE FARM of STONEWALL of PROTSTOWN, as lately occupied by James Murray, on a Life-rent Lease, situated in the Parish Gamerie, and County of Banff, and upon the coast of the Moray Firth.

The Farm contains 75 Acres of Land, of a superior quality, all in a high state of cultivation.  It is in the immediate vicinity of the thriving Sea-port of Gardenstown, and within nine miles of Banff.  Every suitable encouragement will be given to a tenant of character, unexceptionably recommended as such.

The Ground will be shewn, and particulars learned, on application at Troup House, where offers will be received, on or before Saturday 22d curt.
