Leases on the Estate of Culter

A MILL AND FARMS ON CULTER.
TO BE LET,
And entered to at Whitsunday first,

THE following POSSESSIONS on the Estate of Culter, viz.:-

1.  The MILL and MILL LANDS of NEWMILL, presently occupied by Alex. Davidson.
The Mill-house, Machinery of the Mill, and Drying Kiln, are all new.  There is a plentiful supply of water in all seasons; and as the Mill is near the turnpike road, and within 8 miles of Aberdeen, it would be an excellent situation for a Dealer in grain.

2.  The POSSESSION called West Craigtown, presently occupied by Thomas Shier, Land surveyor.

3.  A Small FARM called Bucklerburn, lately occupied by John Gavin.

4.  A POSSESSION called Parkside, presently occupied by Robert Malcolm.

The Boundaries will be pointed out by James Smith, at the House of Culter, and offers to be given in to the Proprietor at Fetteresso; or to Charles Gordon, Advocate in Aberdeen.
