William Burness, Bervie

BY Order of the Court for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors, The Petition of WILLIAM BURNESS, late of Bervie, in the County of Kincardine, North Britain, Merchant, but now a Prisoner for Debt, confined in his Majesty's Gaol of Newgate, in the Town and County of Newcastle-upon-tyne, will be heard before his Majesty's Justices of the peace, for the said Town and County, at an Adjournment of the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace, which will be holden at the Guildhall, Newcastle-upon-tyne, in and for the said town and county, on Wednesday, the 27th day of May curt. at the hour of ten o'clock in the morning, and that a Schedule, annexed to the said Petition, containing a List of the Creditors of the said prisoner, is filed in the Office of the said Court, No. 9, Essex Street, Strand, to which the Creditors of the said prisoner may refer, and he hereby declares, that he is ready and willing to submit to be examined touching the justice of his conduct to his Creditors.
