Many of these Farms are extensive, the Soil good, and in general early, being situated in the best parts of Morayshire, all of them near the thriving Town of Elgin, except the last two, which are within four miles of Forres.  These Towns furnish at all times a ready market for the produce, and Manure on reasonable terms.

Entry may be had to several of the Farms immediately, and to the rest at Whitsunday first, and every reasonable encouragement will be given to good tenants.

For farther information, apply to the Factor of the Bounds, and the Grouond-officers on the different Estates will point out the marches.
